Okay, here's the deal: I'm not going to do a full review of this one. It's too boring! You can't make me!
This is basically the good version of what I used to imagine when I would think about vermouth - a little perfumey, and a taste that I feel like really reminds me that raisins and grapes are essentially the same thing. It's fine in cocktails and will make a very classic version of everything but I don't think it's interesting enough to recommend on its own. Definitely a bar staple but nothing to write home about.
